| STEP #2 | We then process the Online Enquiry Form and send you an Official Estimate / Order Form inviting you to accept the Sales Contract |
| STEP #3 | You review the Order Form and decide to ACCEPT or REJECT the CONTRACT - Please e-mail us your decision if you possibly can |
| STEP #4 | You Pay for your Order Online via PayPal or Inter-Bank Transfer (See Order Form for details) or By Cheque if agreed with us in advance |
| STEP #5 | We prepare your artwork to meet with the Plate Ready High Resolution Film standard used for printing on all our lithographic presses |
| STEP #6 | You receive via e-mail proofs of your artwork, you proofread text, graphics and colour scheme; then sign it off for printing when ready |
| STEP #7 | We print, package and deliver your envelopes after 7-10 working days of approving your artwork and us receiving cleared payments | |
| STEP #8 | You examine delivered parcel, packaging, printing quality, design, proofing and our Customer Support Services and give us your feedback |
| STEP #9 | If you need more than one thousand envelopes please go ahead and order for your normal quantity eg 5000 or 10000 and we shall supply to your order plus the FREE 1 box of 1000. If in any doubt please give us a call on 08432893242 |
